Kevin’s oldest son, Patrick, vowed to fight his father’s murderers and applied to West Point and was accepted in the first class to enter after 9/11. He graduated in 2006, was commissioned in the USArmy, did a tour in Iraq, was promoted to Captain, and recently completed a deployment in Afghanistan. His younger brother, James, is now a firefighter in the NYFD stationed in Brooklyn. Their mother, Kevin’s wife, gives walking tours of Ground Zero. These are wonderful people and great patriots. I’m proud to call them my friends. We must NEVER forget.
